Our objective is to get every new participant enrolled in a program that will improve their skills. Hopefully the new skills will allow the participant to become financially independent.
Many of the most needy are trapped in the "day care" sandwich. The skills they have do not allow them to earn enough to pay for day care for one or more pre-school children .
